IE11 in Windows 10 has issues with AJAX XMLHttpRequests and the usage between http/https in those requests. This prevents Transifex Web Editor from loading as expected. According to <a href="https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/all/xhr-request-failed-on-ie-version-11973-but-not-for/1694a295-ffea-4366-bfd8-13bfc62b087a" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Microsoft’s response</a> "It is recommended to use Microsoft Edge as default browser and use Internet Explorer for compatibility." 

So, since IE11 is not properly supported and users in Windows 10 machine can easily use a more up to date browser instead of IE11, switching to Microsoft Edge is highly recommended.
