The Transifex app in Zapier supports the following triggers and actions:
Triggers:
Whenever a resource language is 100% translated.
Whenever a resource language is updated when already 100% translated.
Whenever a resource language is 100% reviewed.
Whenever Translation Memory or Machine Translation fillup is completed.
Actions:
Update Monday board fields (Fields must be filled depending on the content of the board).
With these, you can set up different workflows (Zaps). For example:
Update the status of a Monday task when a set of strings is translated
Below, we’ll guide you through setting up the Monday & Transifex Zaps, sharing some configuration examples.
Zapier Configuration
Updating a Monday dashboard after a translation is 100% completed
Log in to Zapier: https://zapier.com
Create a new Zap (automated workflow)
Click on the Trigger box (first square in the workflow)
Search for the Transifex integration
Connect your Transifex account. Make sure you have a Transifex API token ready.
Configure your Transifex project information
Select your Tx Organization
Select your Tx Project (you can use the search bar to find it)
Choose the event to monitor (e.g., 'Resource updated')
Click 'Continue' to complete the Transifex setup
Set up the Monday integration by clicking the Action box (second square)
Search for http://Monday.com
Select 'Update Item' as the Action event
Connect your Monday account with Zapier
Generate your Monday API key by navigating to your profile → Developers menu → My Tokens
Copy the API token and paste it into Zapier
After authorization, your account will appear in the Zap diagram. Click 'Continue'.
Select your Monday board (e.g., Transifex Translation Board)
Choose the item to link (e.g., 'Translate tx_test.txt to Spanish')
Set the status you want to update on Monday
Depending on how many fields your dashboard has, you can customize more than one field in this step.
Skip the test and publish your Zap
Your Zap is now ready and active

📝Note: To repeat the process for other tasks or languages in another resource, create another Transifex trigger and corresponding Monday action
