📝Note: Progress Reports are only available to Project Maintainers and Organization Administrators.

If you need to see the statistics before or during translation activity, you can download a report for a specific project(s).

This report includes the following information:

  • Source strings update date (in the per resources report only)

  • Number of source strings and words

  • Number of untranslated strings and words; percentage of untranslated strings and words

  • Number of translated strings and words; percentage of translated strings and words

  • Number of unreviewed strings and words; percentage of unreviewed strings and words

  • Number of reviewed strings and words; percentage of reviewed strings and words

There are two options for how the report is broken down: by language or resource files.

Resources progress report

If you would like to see the report by Resource to see the translation progress that has been made for this specific project on a resource level:

  1. Go to your Project > Resources.

  2. In the top right corner, click on the 3 vertical dots and select Report.

  3. The report will be in a .csv format:

If you would like to see the report by Language to see the translation progress that has been made for this specific project on a language level:

  1. Go to your Project > Languages

  2. In the top right corner, click on Report.

  3. The report will be in a .csv format:

Languages progress report for all projects

If you would like to generate a language progress report for all languages on all projects in your organization:

  1. Go to your Dashboard page from the main navigation.

  2. On the right-hand side, click on Report.

The report will be in a .csv format:

📝 Note: The information in the UI and a CSV file may differ.

Statistics in the Transifex Web Interface are constantly being updated as soon as a new translation is added by translators, TM, MT, etc., or a source file is updated (new strings might be added, existing strings might be removed or modified).

So, if the data in the generated CSV differs from what Transifex Web Interface displays, you can request an updated CSV version from Transifex to ensure you have the latest data.
