Transifex lets you quickly download specific translated entries and their translations in a CSV file via Editor and share it with your team. To do that, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Enter the editor and select one or all resources.

  2. Select the target language you would like to get the translations for.

  3. Apply the “translated:yes” filter and select all the strings this filter returns.

  4. In the mass action area, hit the download option.

The information that will be included in the file will look like this:

⚠️Restrictions

  • You can download up to 1000 strings.

  • If the “translated:yes” filter is not applied, this action is not allowed, so the 'Download' option will be disabled.

  • In the case of pluralized entries, if a target language has more than one form, only the form other will be included in the exported CSV file.
