This is an issue you may come across when using Gmail. As a workaround, click on the three dots at the upper right corner of the email you received and then Show original
.
To download the file, search for the URL https://storage.svc.transifex.net/....
An alternative would be to use a different mail tool (e.g., a mail app for Windows or Μac).
