The AI access setting is designed to give you more control over who can utilize AI translation within the editor during the translation process.

Translators and Reviewers: When this setting is disabled, the option to use AI translation will be removed entirely from the view of translators and reviewers, as shown below:

Other Roles: All other roles (Project Maintainers, Team Managers, Language Coordinators, Admins), will continue to see the AI translation option in their editor interface, allowing them to utilize this feature as needed:

Navigate to your organization's settings page and click "AI Settings," where you can control AI access.

Toggle the setting to enable or disable AI access for translators and reviewers.
